Please arrive 45 min before your scheduled tour time for check-in. All safety inductions start promptly at the scheduled times and cannot be delayed, late arrivals may result in loss of booking.

(Example of timing for your tour)  Your 1 hour tour is scheduled at 09.00am. Please aim to arrive no later than 08.15am. The safety induction will start at 08.15am,  you will then have a practice ride and start your tour. You should be finished by 10.00am. We do our very best to run to a strict schedule however timings are always approximate due to group numbers or conditions

All Jetcar bookings can be twin shared at no extra cost, so yes please bring a friend and share the fun!

Please wear comfortable clothing such as swim wear, shorts or t-shirt, singlet or rashie. We recommend sunglasses, however we have $5 pairs here in the office if you have an expensive pair you do not want to loose.

The age restriction to drive your own jetcar is 16 years old with parental consent; 16-17 year olds cannot take a passenger under 18.

There is a height restriction for passengers/drivers of 1.25mtrs.

2 people with a combined weight of no more than 200kg. This is for passenger comfort and safety.

Watersports has a strict cancellation policy. We will only cancel a tour if the conditions are unsafe, in this instance we will offer a full refund or a re-schedule. Rest assured we watch the radar closely hourly, as safety is our number one priority.

Any changes or reschedules must be at least 48hours prior to your tour duration.

The speeds are controlled by the guides and are determined by where we are on the tour. The maximum speed gets up to 30 knots.

Yes we cater for beginners to advanced riders. You will complete a full safety induction and have a practice ride on the water before starting your tour. We are confident that with our guides' vast knowledge and experience - You will have the time of your life!

We do not recommend that customers with back, neck or joint injuries participate in jetcar activities. Pregnant women are also not advised to be in the jetcar. If you are unsure about health restrictions that may affect you please call our office and talk to the team.
